ENNEAGRAM COACHING STARTS HERE

Discover or validate your personality type

Ready to start your journey toward personal growth? Gain clarity on your true Enneagram type and unlock a deeper understanding of your core motivations and your personality’s “operating system”.

Understanding your Enneagram type is foundational to the work we’ll do together. Whether you’re looking to improve your personal or professional relationships, manage stress more effectively, or gain deeper insights into your patterns and motivations, identifying your Enneagram type is a critical first step.

Heyyy, what’s your type?

If you’re new to the Enneagram or unsure of your type, we provide a structured process to help you discover your true personality type. Through in-depth conversations and a highly personalized assessment, we ensure you get a clear and accurate picture of where you fit within the Enneagram framework.

Are you sure?

Already have a strong idea of your Enneagram type but want confirmation? We’ll help you validate your type, diving deeper into your core motivations, fears, and behaviors to ensure alignment with your identified type. This is particularly valuable if you’re preparing for coaching and want to be certain you’re heading in the right direction.

How It Works

Initial consultation: We’ll start with a conversation to understand where you are in your journey and discuss any thoughts or confusion you may have about your Enneagram type.

In-depth assessment: Next, we’ll guide you through an assessment process, using established tools and personalized questions to narrow down your type. This isn’t just about checking boxes — it’s about meaningful dialogue that helps you see yourself clearly.

Personalized application: Once your type is identified or validated, we’ll provide you with detailed insights into your core operating patterns, key motivations, and potential areas for growth. You’ll walk away with an understanding of how you can leverage your personality type to positively impact your work and personal life.

Prepare for the next step: With your Enneagram personality type confirmed, you’re ready to take the next step, whether that’s diving into 1:1 or partner coaching, your newfound clarity will be the foundation for the deeper work to come.

Learn or validate your Enneagram type

Ready to learn your Enneagram type?

Whether you are completely new to the Enneagram or you’ve taken a test or two but are still unsure of your type, you’re in the right place. Our process will help you nail down your personality type so you can move forward with confidence.

Reliable Enneagram assessment

Our assessment process involves a series of questions that get to the root of your motivations. We listen for specific cues and patterns in your language and experiences that reveal your true type.

We can then explain the nuances of each type and help you distinguish between types that might seem similar at first glance.

Rather than a standardized result, we provide personalized feedback that takes into account your unique experiences and context. We can also offer insights into your growth path based on your true type.

Can’t I just take an Enneagram test?

While online tests can be a helpful starting point, they should be taken with caution. Most Enneagram experts caution against relying solely on online tests to determine one’s Enneagram type, and we agree.

Accuracy concerns

Enneagram tests are found to be wrong as much as 50-65% of the time. One reason is that people will answer questions based on how they want to be rather than their true motivations and fears. Tests are also limited in how deeply they can probe into core motivations, which are central to accurate typing.

Surface-level results

Most online tests focus on observable behaviors rather than the deeper, underlying motivations that drive those behaviors. The Enneagram is about why you do what you do, not just what you do. Tests can capture behaviors but often miss the nuances of what’s really driving them.

Influence of stress or life stages

People often misidentify themselves based on how they are showing up in the moment (e.g., when they are nailing it, stressed, or going through a transition). This can lead to mistyping, as tests might pick up on temporary states rather than core traits.

Complexity of the Enneagram

The Enneagram’s complexity includes subtypes (social, sexual, and self-preservation instincts) movement points, and wings, which add layers to a person’s core type. Online tests typically fail to account for these intricacies, leading to oversimplified results. In addition, outside of a core type, everyone contains all nine types, and people often relate to traits from several types, making it easy to mistype themselves without deeper exploration.

The role of personal reflection

We, and other Enneagram experts, emphasize that self-reflection and personal exploration are critical to accurate typing. An expert can guide individuals through this reflective process, asking nuanced questions that online tests cannot. We also bring years of experience with the system, helping to identify subtle patterns that a test might miss.

Cultural and contextual factors

Cultural norms, neurodivergency, and context can influence how people respond to test questions, thereby skewing results. For example, someone might downplay certain traits because they aren’t valued in their culture or overstate traits that are valued. Either approach can lead to a mistype.

I was shocked at how accurate and powerful being typed by Ni’coel was compared to any of the other Enneagram materials I’ve explored, including Enneagram tests I’ve taken. Most of those only resonated about 60-70%, but Ni’coel’s 1:1 typing session was wildly different, she nailed my personality type with 100% accuracy. I highly recommend getting typed by Ni’coel, even if you think you know the Enneagram.

I don’t hand over trust easily. But this typing session cut through the noise fast. No fluff. No vague generalities. Just direct insight into how I move through the world and why. I felt seen and challenged to grow, all at once. I left with clarity and a strategy to take on what’s been holding me back. It hit deep so I doubled down. Now I’m doing 1:1 coaching to put the insight into action and make it real in my life.
